Well, TPC just wrapped up the 5th Power Summit, and what a hustle session it was! As we rapidly approach the release of our debut novel SELLOUT by James W. Lewis, we have a LOT of strategizing to do to fine-tune our launch and promotional strategy, as well as tying up some loose business ends, so once again the TPC3 found themselves reunited for one of their epic Power Summits…
First things first… As is tradition, we start each Power Summit with our ritual hike through the redwoods to get our heads right. This time, quite hilariously, we picked up a little homie who, apparently, wanted to be down with TPC…
Dexter (so said his nametag) was awesome. If those nice dog-lovers hadn’t “rescued” him, we might very well have taken him home with us 
After the hike, we grubbed on breakfast, then headed downtown to open the official TPC bank account. As Omar said, you are not officially committed to a company until you transfer large sums of your own cash into the general account. Well Saturday morning, TPC went all in!

The remainder of the Power Summit was spent strategizing about the SELLOUT launch activities. Our first launch event is a mere ten days away (!), and we had lots of planning to do for our official coming out party. We hustled all day and all night, ordering food in so we wouldn’t have to interrupt our flow. See how we do?
By the time Omar headed back to New Jersey on Sunday night, we had scratched many things off our to-do list. We decided on our initial print-run quantities and various promotions we plan to run. We designed flyers, ads, and posters. We put TPC on Linked In and created the SELLOUT facebook page. Oh yeah, and filmed a lot more video for the TPC documentary I’m telling you, we be HUSTLIN’!
